This place offers an absolutely amazing overall experience with fairly clean rooms and fantastic staff.

Stayed here for 3 days, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous location in the mountain. Amazing staff and everything was excellent. Location: the property was short walk to the mountains. Everything met the purpose, I would like to stay there on the next trip😀👍

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The manager, Abdullah, was not only professional but also extremely friendly, helping me book my return ticket. The hotel has an amazing breakfast routine, with a special local delicacy called Kuymak that was served every morning by Ayhan and the other chef. I also appreciated that the hotel provided dinner, even though it's not their usual practice, as we didn't have a car to go to nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel in the mountains of the Black Sea provided breathtaking views, and I enjoyed daily walks to take in the exceptional scenery.

The separate bedroom was really nice. The location was awesome - just a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. 🚶‍♂️

The room was reasonably spacious and had a shower, hairdryer, and robes. The hotel has an excellent and unbeatable location with a view of the lake and mountains, surrounded by nature. The staff were very friendly, and they provided free wake-up service and ironing facilities.

Huge and clean suits and super friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the local delicacy they served every morning. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed daily walks.

What a fantastic romantic escape! the spacious and spotless rooms were just what we needed for our getaway. the staff was simply amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the beautiful surroundings and spectacular scenery made for picture-perfect moments. the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious local cuisine, and the chefs were very accommodating with our dietary requirements. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

Perhaps, the only downside was not having enough time to explore all the amazing activities and sights around the hotel.

The suites are very spacious and impeccably clean. the staff members are incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. the breakfast routine is fantastic, with a variety of delicious local delicacies, including the mouthwatering Kuymak. the hotel also surprised us with a delightful dinner when we were unable to go to nearby restaurants. the daily walks offer stunning views of the exceptional scenery.

One drawback is that the hotel does not serve dinner as a standard service.
